Are you a dedicated, reliable person with a great attitude to work? Are you a great team mate? Comfortable working at heights, keen to learn what it takes to wash buildings, and not afraid of a hard day’s work? If so, you could be a great fit for the BWS team.

As a member of our building washing crew you’ll be up at the crack of dawn (which means finishing up mid-afternoon), out and about washing buildings all over Auckland. You’ll be part of an experienced crew of building washers who love what they do, and have fun while they’re at it.

WE’RE PROFESSIONALS, NOT COWBOYS

We take your safety incredibly seriously, no short cuts here. We’ll supply all your PPE, train you and make sure you’re qualified to work safely.

You’ll be teamed up with an experienced truck boss who knows the ins and outs of building washing, safely and effectively.

You’ll be working with some of the most modern building washing equipment out there, including our custom-built cherry-picker wash trucks.

YOU’LL BE VALUED AND REWARDED

We value the work you put in and we’ll make sure you’re paid well for it. If you impress us and work hard, there are opportunities to get promoted within the company.

We pay for all your qualifications, including Site Safe and Working at Heights, and you’ll get to keep these, even if you end up leaving (although we’re certain you’ll stick around).

And, every month we put on an awesome breakfast.

YOU’LL HAVE A BLAST

While the work can be hard, it’s awesome at the same time. Some of the views from the top of the buildings we wash are amazing, and you get to enjoy being outside in the sun while you work.

We regularly put on team events (how does paintball, sky diving or doing an Amazing Race sound?), and every Friday there’s cold beers in the fridge.
