We want self-starters, go-getters, people who are motivated. You’ll need to get out and be your company’s biggest ambassador, making connections, cold calling customers and bringing in the leads. You’ll be well connected. Knowing your region, and knowing the right people will pay off big time when it comes to growing your business and bringing in those customers.

The ability to roll up your sleeves and wash buildings is a must. You shouldn’t be scared of a hard days work and we want to see you leading from the front.

Trade experience, sales skills or a background managing or running your own business is all helpful, but not an absolute necessity.

But most of all we’re looking for good, honest, friendly, hardworking people. People who will go the extra mile for their customers, people who are good to work for and work with, and people we can proudly hand over the keys to one of our impressive purpose built trucks.
