We have years of experience building our own business – what works and what doesn’t – how to generate new jobs, policies, manuals, procedures and training (including health and safety).

We’ll give this all to you plus we’ll guide you on how to grow and run your own business, and always be there to answer your questions and help you succeed.



You won’t be starting from scratch or learning the hard way. We’ll support you with thorough on-the-job training with our experienced team. 

You’ll then be given the keys to your own fully equipped, purpose built, cherry picker truck, complete with washing equipment, BWS uniforms, PPE, and be ready to go.



We specialise in all kinds of commercial buildings- warehouses, factories, retailers, restaurants, schools, hospitals etc.

Take a look around your region at all the commercial buildings ready to be washed. It won’t take long for you to be busy. You’ll also have the opportunity to tap into large nationwide relationships that BWS has developed.



We’ll support you on the ground in the beginning, helping you make connections, introducing you to people we know, and getting those jobs coming in.

We’re so confident you’ll be successful, we’ll put our money where our mouth is, with our guarantee of at least $50k worth of revenue in your first 6 months or we will make up the difference.


BWS is a member of the Franchise Association of New Zealand and have signed up to and adhere to FANZ Code of Ethics and Code of Practice. This means that we agree that those looking to enter franchising, will receive all the details they need to make an informed decision. Our Story

BWS is now in it’s 9th year of operation, with 19 staff, 7 wash trucks, and turnover in excess of $2m. 9 years ago getting the business up and running took a lot of drive and effort, but the rewards came quick, and we knew we were on to a good thing.

We want self-starters, go-getters, people who are motivated. You’ll need to get out and be your company’s biggest ambassador, making connections, cold calling customers and bringing in the leads. You’ll be well connected. Knowing your region, and knowing the right people will pay off big time when it comes to growing your business and bringing in those customers.

The ability to roll up your sleeves and wash buildings is a must. You shouldn’t be scared of a hard days work and we want to see you leading from the front. Trade experience, sales skills or a background managing or running your own business is all helpful, but not an absolute necessity. Most of all we’re looking for good, honest, friendly, hardworking people. People who will go the extra mile for their customers, and people we can proudly hand over the keys to one of our impressive purpose built trucks.
